Carnide are champions!!!
Another great season for Carnide Clube!
After the brilliant results achieved last season across the various age groups, which put Carnide in contention for national titles, the Club pulled off another huge feat this season, being crowned National Champions of the Women's Senior Second Division.
In the final played this weekend in Guimarães, Carnide Clube secured the national title, also confirming promotion to the First Division.
In a thrilling final, Carnide lost to Oliveirense 60-65, beat Guimarães 69-56 and Rio Maior 62-51. The Carnide team thus finished in 1st place as deserving National Champions of the Women's Second Division.
