Fighting Fraud, Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing in Angola

An executive meeting hosted by Holos on 7 November in Luanda, Angola

Holos, together with SAS Institute and WestAfricanCom, will host an executive meeting dedicated to “Fighting Fraud, Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing”, to be held in Luanda, Angola.

This meeting will take place on 7 November 2012 and aims to promote the sharing of information by international specialists in the fight against fraud, money laundering and terrorist financing, focusing in particular on the development of programmes to this end, including the processes, analytical systems and technologies that can be used. Holos will be represented by the Chairman of the Board, Prof. Pedro Sousa.

This meeting seeks to respond to the increasingly sophisticated threats coming from individuals and/or criminal organisations, with an impact on your organisation in terms of:

• Loss of revenue, waste and abuse

• Alteration and manipulation of data and information

• External and internal image

• Trust and prestige

• Non-compliance with national regulators and/or international institutions
